Pheniramine Maleate Injection is a sterile injectable H1-antihistamine formulation containing Pheniramine Maleate 22.75 mg/ml with paraben preservatives. It is formulated for clinical and veterinary use to help manage acute allergic and hypersensitivity manifestations and associated histamine-mediated symptoms.

The formulation may be used for the symptomatic management of acute allergic reactions, urticaria, pruritus, and as adjunctive support during anaphylactic reactions, where indicated. It may also be used in certain veterinary or clinical situations involving travel sickness or allergic smooth muscle reactions, according to the approved product label.
