The formulation may be used for the management of Severe susceptible gram-positive and gram-negative bacterial infections, mastitis, wound infections, respiratory infections, septic conditions, and mixed bacterial infections, where specifically indicated by the approved veterinary label. Ampicillin provides broad antibacterial activity, while cloxacillin offers resistance to certain beta-lactamases produced by susceptible bacteria.
